One Building Isn't Enough!

After selecting Hesperia as the suitor for their logistics expansion less than two years ago, the container shipping giant has added Building 3 at Hesperia Commerce Center, located at 8130 Caliente Road, into those expansion plans. As of October 2025, over 1 million additional industrial square feet is now under Maersk's management, adding to the facility's over 1.2 million square feet of existing industrial space. Maersk continues to position itself as the largest private employer in the City, potentially bringing 500 more employment opportunities for residents after its initial 500 just two years prior. This industrial expansion, especially considering Maersk's short tenure with the City, reinforces Hesperia's reputation of being business-friendly.
