There are two options to enroll in autopay.
1. You can request an autopay application via email at utbilling@hesperiaca.gov or in office.
2. You can enroll in autopay by visiting the City’s website hesperiaca.gov
If you have not registered your account on the new online portal, the system will show an error message after you enter your email address and answer the security questions. You will need to register your account, and in the event you forget your password, you will use the "forgot password" feature.
Please make sure to add your customer number to your enrolled profile. If you log in using your email address and password but do not see your account name or account balances, you will need to enter your customer number (including the dash) and provide your service address (numbers only).

The bill history before June 2, 2025, will be unavailable through the online portal, as we transition to a new online portal. To request your bill history, please submit a request by emailing utbilling@hesperiaca.gov
If your account was not registered through the new online portal and was instead enrolled through the previous portal, your payment will not be deducted from your bank account, as bank account information is not available for payment processing.

Secure PDF, also known as "Smart PDF," is a secure, password-protected eBill payment option offered. It allows customers to view and pay their bills directly within the PDF document received via email, eliminating the need to visit a separate website.
Postcards were sent to all service addresses in May 2025. Flyers were included with the first bill mailed after June 2, 2025. Additionally, the important message on the bills was updated to provide information about the new payment methods for your water bill.
