Instructions for Appeals
The complaint process includes the following steps:

• The Appeal of Administrative Citation Form needs to be printed, filled out and signed
• Signed original must be submitted in person to the Animal Control Office with appropriate fees to:
  • 11011 Santa Fe Ave. East
    Hesperia, CA 92345
• Application and fee must be submitted within 15 days of citation issue date
• Fees:
  • $81 for Enforcement Citation
  • $85 for Administrative appeal
• A hearing will be scheduled within 60 days
• Applicant will be notified 10 days prior to the hearing
• Property is still subject to citation during this process
• One hearing can be held to address multiple citations, however an appeal must be requested for each citation in question
• Multiple citations can be appealed on one form
