Dispute Process
You may dispute a charge on your bill if you feel it was in error; i.e., due to a broken lock, illegal consumption or reconnection fee.
All account holders must pay all balances that are not in dispute to avoid fees and/or disconnection.
All disputes must be written and submitted to the Utility Billing department no later than 21 days from the bill date. Please include your name, address and any information you feel is pertinent to your request to have fees removed. Your information will be reviewed and you will receive a reply in writing as to whether or not fees will be waived or remain on your account.
