QR Fit Trail
Looking to get active at your own pace and on your own schedule? The QR Fit Trail is an interactive, self-guided fitness course that uses QR codes placed at designated stations around Civic Plaza Park. Each station links to short instructional videos or visual guides showing how to perform simple exercises using your body weight—no equipment needed!
Just scan the QR code with your smartphone and follow along—whether you're walking, stretching, or working on strength, there's something for every fitness level.
️ How It Works
- Locate a Fitness Station around Civic Plaza Park (look for the QR Fit signs).
- Scan the QR Code using your smartphone camera or a QR code app.
- Watch the Quick Demo Video or read the exercise instructions.
- Follow Along at your own pace.
- Move to the Next Station and repeat!
Each station targets different parts of the body for a full-body fitness circuit that can be completed in as little as 20–30 minutes.
