Overview
The Restoring the Environment for a Cleaner Hesperia (REACH) Program is operated in conjunction with the Glen Helen Work Release Program through the County of San Bernardino. REACH is a crew of qualifying inmate assigned to complete work release hours for the City of Hesperia Code Enforcement Department.
The REACH crew performs clean ups of weeds, trash and illegal dumping within the rights of way of our City and at various City properties.
