IMPORTANT DATES:

| 9/26/24 | 1st Pre-Election Statement. Each candidate listed on the ballot must file a Form 460 or Form 470 for the period indicated. | |
| 10/24/24 | 2nd Pre-Election Statement. All committees must file Form 460. | |
| 10/21/24 | Last day to register to vote | |
| 11/5/24 | Election Day | |
| *1/31/24 | 10/23/24 - 12/31/24 | Semi-Annual. All committees must file Form 460 unless the committee filed termination Forms 410 and 460 before December 31, 2024. |
*Candidate filing requirements - Candidates running for office must meet the filing deadlines. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in fines by the FPPC. You can visit the FPPC website here for their calendar and filing explanations.
