The City of Hesperia’s Neighborhood Pride Enhancement Program (NPEP) celebrates residents who go above and beyond to enhance the beauty and curb appeal of their homes and neighborhoods.

Do you or your neighbor take pride in maintaining an attractive and welcoming property? Nominate yourself or a neighbor for a chance to win $1,000 in gift cards and community recognition!

Prize Package:

• $400 Harbor Freight Gift Card

• $400 ACE Hardware Gift Card

• $200 Affordable Decorative Rock & Cal Herbold’s Nursery Gift Certificate

• Neighborhood Pride lawn sign and recognition at a City Council Meeting

One winner will be selected quarterly by the City Council Advisory Committee.

Nomination Deadline: November 15

Judging criteria include manicured or drought-tolerant landscaping, rock-scaping, flowers and trees, exterior paint, driveway improvements, and overall curb appeal.
